For the replacement to be approved, you have to report the issue within 48 hours of the delivery day. Make sure you make an unpacking video starting from showing the package you received until all the products are shown in the video. Once the replacement is approved, a new order of the same item will be created manually and its tracking details will be provided. If any other item is received by mistake, you can also use the same form for replacement.
